Im confused as to what went wrong here. Was i raising my top-pair too aggressively? Or is he just a superfish?

Reraise a lot more on the flop next time. You are only a 64% (1.6:1) favorite against his 10 outs. Don't give him good enough odds to make that call.

Edit: Turn seems ok, since he called your reraise. And yes his turn play is very fishy IMO - buddy list him and hope he chases gutshots and overs again.

id raise to 7 or maybe 8, then id go atleast 14 on the turn. Then you can check behind on the river if your uncomfortable or throw out a value bet.
