Final Pot: 14.75 BB

Villain seems to be pretty solid, I don't think he'd bluff this river. Then again the 13BB pot is incentive for even a passive.

Even though I don't think he'll bluff I'm thinking maybe I should check call, as he very likely has me beat and it saves me in case he's taking a stab at it, but he's liable to call with hands like AT, KQ, QT, maybe even a weak ace that he'll check through otherwise.

Correct river play?

He probably won't bluff, but if he's a solid player, he'll take a stab at the pot with the hands you mentioned, figuring the only way he's beaten is if you hold a J or a flush. Given your PF raise, I'd put you on something else.

Villian might not bluff here against a weak player, but if he's got you equally pegged in ability, it might be worth a shot here to move you off the pot.

Check/call the river. You want a cheap showdown here.

id fold too. I doubt ed miller would agree though.

If Villain is solid, then what is he cold-calling a UTG+1 PF raise with that beats you on the river here? I can't see any hand containing a J besides AJ (which is pretty marginal). If he had a flush draw I don't think he would have raised the flop as he wouldn't want the field narrowed by facing 2 cold. I suppose if he had TP and a flush draw, he may be raising this flop.

I think this hand is at least worth the call on the river.

Can you be sure 93.22% of the time that you are beat here? I don't think anyone can.

The pot is too big for you not to call.
