small pairs in sb. 66 30/60

33/13.13/1.29= too loose and agro preflop but not too agro postflop, moderate to bad player opens 3 off button. decent playing guy who is a bit too passive postflop (21/12/1.06) 3 bets. i call in the sb with 66.

flop comes K77. checked to 3bettor he bets i raise loosie folds 3bettor calls.

turn comes 3. i bet he folds.

Calling 3 cold with 66 seems dubious. Were you feeling lucky, or do you think this is a profitable play?

in this situation its a profitable play.

initial raiser is way too loose in that spot preflop...guy after him easily knows this and will 3 bet quite a bit lighter and always follow up any flop bet with ace high b/c he knows the initial raiser is doing so very light and willing to call to pair up on most boards...

i know this and can checkraise any favorable flop like the one shown here...
