Is this even possible? I searched their website, but it only listed local retailers in the US. I found some sites that claim to sell the systems, but they looked pretty shady. I would like to order it, mainly for the sports and international programming.
Also, I live in an apartment, and if I move will I have to get a new dish? Any comments from current users? Thanks.

have no clue about Canada, but I'd imagine as long as you have a clear shot of the southern sky you'd be ok.
As far as moving goes, DirecTV has a service where you leave the dish and they'll install a new one for you when you get to your new place.
If I were you, and living in an apartment, I'd just take it with me. Cheaper.

I believe directTV is not avalible in Canada officially. You can get reception, however, so you can get it if you are willing to go through some extra-legal means.
