how to post pokertracker stats

okay, this is driving me crazy...can someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to post my Pokertracker stats on here? I'm doing a "print screen" and putting it ino a Word doc, but I have no way of posting into one of these posts....help! Does it have to be a URL address???

go to ms paint. Print screen. Cut out the pokertracker bit. Save the mspaint as a jpg.
