You should have at least raised the flop. You would be offering the field 19:2 = 9.5:1 to call, which means you adaquately protect yourself from solo overcards taking one off (say KJ or A5). By just calling, you offter 18.5:1, meaning that they can call for their 3-outer properly.

I would 3-bet the flop.

When you get capped on the turn, it's reasonably likely you've run into a set. I'd just check-call the river.
