I think it is, I remember like $295 million for Powerball once before. Besides if they say $300 million now its likely to be more like $320 million or more, they always give conservative estimates and then raise them as the sales come in. With a number like that there probably is not much chance it won't be split at least 2 ways so one person or group of people are almost certain not to win it alone. People will get very excited and buy so many tickets that even though it looks like a huge overlay, it really isn't.

They have it here in Jersey..


Also, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan and Virginia.
