I would have never thought of putting a ramp for bicycles into a stairway to make it easy for bikers to get their bike up the stairs. What a brilliant idea!

FYI, there are two ramps, made for strollers and wheelchairs to be pushed up easily. This is a common sight in lots of countries where people aren't expected to drive their car everywhere =)
