I just dumped this. How wrong is it?
pf raiser is 8/8 thorugh 50 hands. 3- bettor is 15/10 through 446 hands.
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)
Preflop: Hero is SB with 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif.
<font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">[i] hero dumps it

in addition to them not being THAT aggressive, they play well preflop and probably play decently well postflop

Against those numbers and with that structure I fold JJ there.

Definite fold. If it were only 2 bets (well, 1.5 since your the SB) I'd probably call if there was another person in the pot. Given the strength shown, you're hosed without spiking a set on the flop and you don't have enough callers to try.

I had this same exact scenario last night live, and the players were even more passive pre-flop, except I was in position, and I mucked it. Is that bad?

It's either fold or cap it as a most likely longshot having to bet any flop if checked to. Good fold.
