I had played Capt. Cook's; Casino Kingdom and Casino Classic and I had cashed out long ago?

I was never told that my account was even locked.

Got the same e-mail. My account was never locked. Or I guess I would not have known cause I've already whore'd them a while back.

P.S. I also got another set of e-mail informing me that they are now part of the Casino Rewards group of casinos, which are notorious for locking accounts for 'bonus abusers' meaning anyone who uses auto-play and makes money off their bonuses.
