Anyone have some winning SnG stats for the 10+1, 20+2, or 30+3? I feel thaqt this may be the hardest category of online pker to make a steady income form. Is that a good assumption?

Yes I have winning stats for those levels.

Will posting my stats do you any good?

many players have winning stats.

you feel that this is hard form of poker to make a good amount of money from because you are not good at this form of poker. that's the rub.

Is that a good assumption?

It is 100% wrong. The fluctuations in SNGs for the same win rate are far lower than their MTT or ring game counterparts.

Man, you can make money at the $20 level by starting 4 tournaments, going out of the room for 20 mins and then going allin when you get TT+ or AQ+ and folding everything else. Seriously. This is obviously not the best way to play em but it shows how easy they are to beat long-term.

And a stretch of about 80 that I experienced at the $22s

If you press, ALT+PRT SCRN it will take a snapshot of whichever window you have active. I think just PTR SCRN does the whole screen. Paste it in Paint, Photoshop, Word, or Wordpad and you've got it.

You can definitely make $ playing SNGs. I'm about 40% ITM which is only modestly profitable after covering the rake.

No doubt in my mind that money can be made/lost faster in ring games, but I prefer the elimination excitement of SNGs.

Lori, is that true for full-table NL ring games? I thought those were the games with the lowest variance for hold 'em players.

I know you're probably exxagerating for effect, but what you say isn't true. Even at the $20s you will have a hard time winning if you a, pass up all the early-game +EV opportunities and b, play as tightly on the bubble as you suggest.

Ok, I feel silly.
