No bonus field on the neteller deposit page at Eurobet?

So I'm just about to deposit some money on Eurobet, but there is no field to enter the bonus code on the deposit page. I'm depositing from neteller and the only fields available on that page is amount, account# and security id.
Does anyone know what's up with that? Is it not possible to get a bonus with a neteller deposit?

Eurobet was very confusing to set up. At the setup/NetTeller phase, you get the opportunity to enter the affiliate code. Then the money is in Eurobet, but you need to transfer it from the sportsbook/casino side to the poker side. When you make the transfer to poker, you will have the opportunity to enter a bonus code. I just did this yesterday.
