Intertops problem

Signed up to intertops a last week from a fresh computer and am having trouble logging in on my poker computer. I get an error message saying that I have other party skins installed and it wont even let me log in.

Have contacted CS and they say they cant do anything.

What to do?

Same thing happen to me. I was able to signup for Empire But Intertops turned me down.
