I play mostly 3/6 limit and base my play on SSHE but feel I am still to loose after the flop (not that it is the books fault /images/graemlins/wink.gif ) But I would like to read something with a solid reputation the recommends a little more passive play just to get a feel for the arguements and pick areas to adjust my play.

Any suggestions?

How much have you studied the book? I found when I first read the book and started playing I was very over-aggressive because I didn't have a lot of the core concepts down well enough. Give the book a chance and study it thoroughly. I have a tip that has helped me pound concepts into my head: Read a section of the book and then immediately go to the question & answers for that specific section. Use a notecard or whatever to cover up the answers and test yourself. Study smart and the book will help your game.
