Arizona played that hand much worse than you did. He should be open pushing/raising from that position with AQ....and would have won the pot uncontested. Then, he leads out with a weak bet and gives you the proper odds to call.

As for your call, I think it was fine. I'm reluctant to call with such a low flush but you are getting pretty good odds.
