last time I carried a handicap was 2 summers ago and it was 1.2.

Last couple times I have played i shot around +8 or so. I need to get out to the range and the course more.

I went to the Disney golf camp when I was a kid because my grandma lives in Orlando and thought it would be fun.

I got to meet Justin Leonard and [censored] but I was awful at it. So was everyone else though.

I've got this casting move going on right now that is so unimaginably cool, I can't stand it. Not only does it result in poor shots, some of which end up completely lost to the left, it also hurts! Good times!

A buddy of mine called me "the best 31-handicapper I've ever seen." My swing looks good. My results, eh, not so.

The truth is, I'm decent with the driver, decent with the wedges and passable with the putter, but I can't hit iron shots to save my life. I'll routinely take two or three whacks to get from the fairway close enough to chipping range.

I've even taken lessons for this. I think it's a hand-eye coordination issue for me. If the ball's on a tee, I'm fine. If I've only got a short pitch to the green, I'm fine (even have decent distance control). But I just can't hit irons with any sort of consistency. It's really infuriating.

I was a 4.6 about two years ago...then I started playing poker. I did play twice over spring break when I was home in CA though and I played pretty good. I went out in 45 and came in in 34(hahah...I swear!) I guess I just got in a groove on my home course. Missed an eagle putt on 18 from about 5 feet to shoot 33 and tie my record for the back nine on my course. Its a super short par 5 that should be a four. Its only like 480 from the tips...it usually goes driver long iron. I hit my 2 this past time but its usually a 4. Yes, I carry a butter knife...left over from the junior golf 'whose is bigger contest'. I still stripe the thing off the tee but off the deck I can only get like 215 out of her. My arms are not as strong as they used to be...I need to go back to surfing and get strong again...oh wait, I would rather 3-table low limits in the middle of the summer in sunny so cal. Another oh wait....I have an intership this summer....how gay.....I wont be able to do anything...boo...sorry for bumping this post and just talking about nothin.
