Is Middle Limit worth buying?

My roommate and I are always marveling at the advice given in the Daily Card Player Hand Quiz, some of which seems questionable.

I remember one where it advised folding the straight draw in a large pot for a 2bet because of aggression and a 2 flushed flop. But the problem is, even if you take away the one of the tainted gutshot outs, it seems like you're still getting odds to call.

I've alreadly read and reread SSH, is ML worth picking up?

The advice is more conservative than 2+2 material. The book also seems to assume that your average opponent is a pretty good player. However, there are a few sections in the book that I found very helpful, plus looking through all the examples and thinking about how I'd play the hand from there instead of just accepting the authors' recommendations helped me as well.
