Hand 1:

A7o in BB (BB = 100). Two MP limpers (no reads), I check.

3 to flop -> A K 3 rainbow

I check. MP1 bets 200, MP2 calls. Me?

Hand 2:

AKo in MP (BB = 150). I have ~T2000. I open raise to $450. Folded to SB, who calls (slightly LAGy).

2 to flop -> Jh 8h rag

SB bets $1000. Me?

1st hand, I call with intention of pushing on the Turn, could also consider a re-raise here to just take it down right away.

2nd hand, I think I fold here and pick a better spot unless you have a great read and think he's making a play but even if, you don't have much folding equity.
