absolute bonus

i have a couple of questions about clearing the absolute bonuses and i did a search but could not find what i was looking for.

1. do you have to clear the whole bonus before it is released or is it released in increments?

2. on average how much bonus do you clear per 100 hands at the 1-2 6max and the 2-4 6max games?

3. is there any reason not to play at this site?

$10 increments every 100 points.

No idea, but I'd guess more than 70% of hands are raked.
