There are over 30k people regestered on 2+2. How do you think that anyone could know who is the best player at each of these things, or what makes anyone qualified to answer this? Even if I had seen everyone on the site play, I don't think I could give you a definitive answer. It's hard to rank players. If you are dying for some information, I think Party has a leaderboard you can look at with top placing tourney players for a period of time on the site.

there is also the stars TLB. compile a list of player names and each site, cross-reference them to both lists and you can have an answer that is about 1% valid. that is the best you will do.
