Would you call the river? I caught a pair, but I would have rather made my straight/flush. Also, what would you do if pot were 4 BB on the river? 12 BB? Thanks for the help.

Sure, bigger pot no question about calling. Smaller pot, I'd more likely fold it although it may be worth calling for a read here.
