Several questions about this hand.

1) With 66 or below, I'd fold here -- too weak?
2) Is the raise with the middle pocket appropriate?
3) After BB calls, I'm guessing he has something, but nothing great (maybe a pair or a BJ hand). When the flop comes, I would've rather had bluffed with an A (since I raised), but I felt like the K was sufficient. Too aggressive?

FWIW, he too forever to fold. I'm thinking he either missed with his pair or hit an undercard and felt like it was no good.

Is this a leak and I just got lucky here?
