I see this at the top of many posts, saying a player is n/n/n (i.e. 45/6/3), what does that mean? I know it means how tight/loose someone is or how agressive they are (dont know which). And do you know these numbers on the players and how can you use them? Thanks again!

a/b/c
a = % of hands that a player puts $$ into the pot
b = % of hands that a player raises preflop
c = player's post-flop aggression

These numbers are typically gathered from using pokertracker (http://www.pokertracker.com/).
