($30+3) Well, here's my usual line. Is this too weak tight?

I think the fold was fine.

I might have raised on the flop. I'd like to clear out any players who might decide to call behind you with overcards.

Fold looks fine. Doesn't look like you'd be beating anything they'd have there except A8 and it seems like either 88/6x/JJ/TT won it.

I would probably reraise here on the flop to see where I'm at, but your line seems much sounder seeing that both the players which are most likely to have a 6 is still to act.
So yeah, your line here seems much better then mine /images/graemlins/cool.gif

From the cutoff seat with just one caller I'm raising this hand. I usually make it 130 to go after one limper, to charge them an extra 100.

Once the flop comes I'm definitely raising the flop bet by UTG. It's just way too likely you have the best hand here. You were fortunate however to just call, as you can probably fold after the raise and the allin behind you.

Overall I think this hand was played too passively. I agree that it's fine to limp with hands like TT+99 in the early stages to flop a set, but I don't agree that you shuold do this when you have great position and facing just one limper. I'm not limping with TT or 99 in the cutoff or button if there is one limper, in almost any circumstance in these sit and go's.

nwirb, you can't be scared of ghosts all the time. Both blinds checked and I admit this may be the normal course of action if they have a 6, but they have done nothing to let you know they have a 6. The chances of them having one should be pretty low at this moment.

Hero doesn't have a big stack and has a vulnerable hand. This is one of those cases where passive play happened to work out for the best, but when some bozo calls you with QJo and a jack comes on the turn, you won't be as happy.

We are 4 handed here, and 99 on an 866 flop with 4 way action is a pretty strong hand. If someone has a 6 we will hear about it, but let's not give them cheap cards if they don't have one.
