Villain in this hand is 40/20 for 25 hands, so take that for what it is (or isn't) worth. Villain is almost all-in. How much should I allow that fact to influence my line? Comments?

It basically doesn't matter. Neither of you are folding. There is no poker being played here. It's like he went all in preflop and you called except you don't see each others hands until the river.
