No reads first hand at table, thought on the flop I had the best hand, but with the turn and river is this check fold territory?

River play depends on your read from villain (which you don't have), but it looks like he has paired his kicker for two pair. Your fold is good, but another line to consider is check/calling the river because the ace is such a bluffable card. Given that MP2 bet the flop and called the turn I think check/calling is going to be slightly more profitable against unknowns on party 2/4, and it lets you see a showdown against someone that you don't have reads on yet.
