4 handed pushes per orbit?

on average how many times are you pushing/raising per orbit when you are four handed in an SNG? five-handed?

for me:

4 handed: i try to push twice per orbit (usually from the SB/button, or BB if the SB just completes)

5 handed: i try to push once per orbit (usually from the SB)

Here's my problem: I look at my cards. I'll push any two from the SB, but it's not unusual that it doesn't make it to me so I end up needing to push UTG, which I want a pretty decent hand to do.
