I'm sure there is a very easy way to fix this, and I am just dumb. Anytime I click on a hyperlink, or type something into the address bar, it shows the page as I saw it last. In other words, it doesn't auto-refresh. This gets really annoying when reading something like a forum, cuz I have to click refresh every two seconds. (I am on my folks computer at home, mine doesn't have this problem)

So whats the quick-fix?

Ok, here's how we're gonna do this:

1) Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options"

2) In the general tab, there will be a section entitled "Temporary Internet files", click the "Settings" button

3) There should be a category for "Check for newer versions of stored pages", make sure the "Every visit to the page" button is selected.

that is all
