I will take a guess that it was Alchemist.

It's a shame they fell off almost as bad as Eminem and Nas.

Havoc does most of their beats and also does most of the beats to the songs where they guest appear on other peoples albums.

2 of my favorite beats of his are on Nas' "It Was Written", "The Set Up" and "Live Nigga Rap".

You might not have known who made those songs, but c'mon, primo? You can easily tell his beats... On 99% of his songs he's got that signature sound of his bridge always having some scratching with an excerpt from some other song in it.

hehe, thats why i said i felt stupid about asking about it...
anywyas, i thought it could have been primo because the beat has a simple piano loop in it which is a primo signiture also.

The Obie Trice song? That's a good beat, I didn't know it was Havoc. One of Obie's better songs IMO. Speaking of Obie, does anyone remember this single of his that was big on Kazaa before Cheers came out...I assumed it would be on the album because it was such a good song, but it wasn't, and I can't find it anywhere since. Anybody know the song I'm talking about?

Rap Name.

Nope, not that one. It was way better than Rap Name. It wasn't really a braggadocio song, it was more of a story song.

one of my favorite havoc beats is the song is the song he's on on foxxy browns first album (yeah yeah). i forget what the song is called, but it's a hot havoc beat.

His style has changed up a bit, but you could always tell a havoc beat back in the day with that hard steady rimshot in most of his beats.
