Villain is loose passive preflop (40/7 over 100 hands) and is decent but still too passive postflop.
UTG is unknown.

Wait till turn no good?
Should I have checked behind on the river once the K falls?

I don't like waiting. A turn raise only has the possibility of pushing him off KK or JJ and getting you 3-bet by AA or QQ. The only time you would want to wait is if you were sure he had AK but even then you might make just as much by raising the flop.

River looks like a check. Everything he could possibly have got there.
