...for showing me The Way. I am very grateful. I tried the move of honor last night and it was everything I dreamt it could be.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB 6 max, 5 handed
converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

sheriff ($116.43)
UTG ($50.07)
MP ($103.75)
Hero ($146.1)
SB ($48.75)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
2 folds, Hero calls $146.10 (All-In), 1 fold, sheriff calls $115.93 (All-In).

Flop: ($262.78) 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players, 2 all-in)

Turn: ($262.78) J/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: ($262.78) 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: $262.78

Results below:
sheriff has As Qc (one pair, tens).
Hero has Ad Ah (two pair, aces and tens).
Outcome: Hero wins $262.03.

The sb claims to have folded pocket queens, leaving the bb drawing nearly dead. Oops!

Nice, >200xbb preflop with AQo.

blind structure may change, but most players don't.

I like folding qq when there is an all-in 3 way

Did I miss on this board where this is a recommended betting strategy?

Not necessarily a recommended strategy, but a strategy non-the-less. move of honor (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=1948065&page=&view=&sb=5& o=&vc=1)

I did it mainly for fun and because it would look totally ridiculous, since it was folded to me on the button. I was quite suprised and pleased to get a bite.

I tried it a couple of nights ago, first hand at the table, one limper, me in LP w/ AA, and push. No bites. Net win, $0.60. Not sure I'll be trying it again any time soon....

The hand posted above was the first time I was dealt AA last night. I was dealt AA like 4 more times during the night on various tables and of course had to try it again, but each time I just picked up the blinds. Oh well.

Note: I am in no way advocating the MOH as the most optimal way to play AA in the long run.

I am advocating calling all-in preflop with AQo when villain's name is 'madscout'. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
