This is directed to all players who have been subject / victim of the much discussed player and account ''audit'' by this casino group.

Casinomeister is now actively asking for players who have not engaged in any fraudulent activity (multiple accounts etc.) to step forward and file a complaint (''Pitch a bitch''). This will be helpfull for him in establishing a factual dossier against the casino group. I recommend to file complaint this week, even when the individual player has not yet received a formal decision from the casino group.

(B.t.w. the Pitch a Bitch procedure is very accessible).

Please read the following thread before filing:

Casinomeister - main Captain Cook's thread (http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7596)

Spread the word!

They still have not replied almost 2 weeks after they promised to reply within 7 days. Do you think the reason for this delay is along the lines of

i) "Cashflow problems"

and/or

ii) Checking with their legal team to see whether this theft is legal or not.

If there is any player on this forum who is not a "bonus abuser" then I would be shocked.

I know a lot of people here are jumping up and down about it all but at the end of the day they should have been aware that this can happen, has happened and will happen again. The casinos do not care if you play there cos all you are doing is profiteering for them, the same reason some casinos do not want Homer advertising for them.

My impression is that the group are now reassessing their initial intention to disqualify bonusses and bonus winnings retroactively, due to the ongoing criticism in the player community and pressure by well established industry names such as Casinomeister.

Also, rumour has it that the strategy of the group now is to ''wait out'' the players and only respect claims from players who have formally filed a complaint, be it at Casinomeister or elsewhere. Whether or not this is accurate i don't know.

Go read the Casinomeister thread - no need to do the discussion all over again.

Casinomeister has just removed the Captain Cook's Group from his ''Accredited Casino section'', which is as i understand it a big thing in the online casino world. (see page 24 of the Casinomeister main thread). /images/graemlins/shocked.gif

How will the group respond? Will the group be ''rogued''?
