Has anyone played on Bodog.com for the bottomless deposit bonuses?

I am looking for information on how hard they are to clear and if one can expect cashouts during a reasonable time. thanks

They don't clear that fast but the cashout time is like 1-5 hours max. It's dang near instant.

The bonus clears quite slow and you can't withdraw any $$ until you've cleared the bonus. On the plus side you can play with the bonus when you deposit.

great site, the bonus takes forever but if you like to bet sports you can wager some money in thier sportsbook and it will clear faster. the games are very good and the software is competent.

PM me and i will refer you and split the bonus i get for doing so (i get 20% of your first deposit and will kick back half)

Question about this: can you use Neteller to get the 10%? The site says "online instant check" - which apparently means direct bank transfer - only from USA.

The first time deposit you can. The reload 10% is with the use of an online instant check.

would it worry you at all, sending US bank account money to an obvious sports betting site.. for legal reasons?

no. they use a 'middle man'. its fine, and they would NEVER rip you off. defrauding a US bank is not on these guys to-do list.

has anyone done the math of how this bonus compares to a standard rake back deal?

Bonus clearing is right up there with Prima and Ultimate Bet. Basically it sucks. You have to contribute to the pot to get a point for the hand. Points are based on how much the rake is. So merely getting dealt in is not enough.

They do not let you cash out anything. I can stress that enough. I have 2k in my account prior to a bonus. I deposited another 2500 to get a bonus and I couldn't cash out without forfeiting my bonus. That is simply retarded. So be careful not to get to much money trapped in this site.

Their points are also near worthless. They have crappy freerolls worth 300 dollars with 300+ people in them. Who the hell wants to wade through 300+ people for a 50 dollar first place prize?

There is no customer focus at all. I played their consistently for 4 months and their bottom line is their money not the customer. 30k+ points there I believe I ended up with and they are worthless.

Remember 30k+ points of hands I contributed to a rake of a dollar. I see about 30% of flops including blinds so that is a ton of hands I put in.

Great they offer a bottomless bonus but be careful. The gamblers money dried up too so the site lost its appeal. Bonus just attracts bonus whores so I would assume the tables will not be as loose.

they have 1000pt tournaments once a week i believe.

i dont know about the "customer focus" but thier customer service is pretty good. i have emailed them with detailed questions about my account usuage and proift/loss and they are pretty quick to answer. IMO, they have really good customer 'service'.

the company was/is a pretty bog sportsbook and just added poker tables within the past 9 months. the tables are soft enough to overcome the tough restrictions IMO. the 5-10 and 10/20 have to be the loosest on the net, maybe even moreso than pacific.

shhhhh.

it wont matter, the influx of sports bettors keeps it fresh.

i have another site that i play NL 5/10 1K max on that has to be the loosest game on the planet.

I deposited there for football season and wound up clearing the bonus at poker because their football lines SUCKED. It wasn't the easiest bonus to clear but the software is good (one of the best around imo) and the 2-4 and 3-6 games were quite loose at the time. Cashed out in Jan with no problems and haven't been back yet, but if I run out of other bonii I will.

For the deposit issue, I have not opened an account there yet, but will probably soon. If they offer a bottomless bonus, can't you make small deposits, making small(er) amounts of hands to clear the bonus with, withdraw, repeat?

Well, the first time deposit only works the first time.

Isn't this a decent bonus now? You only have to get 3 points per $1 now so I'm guessing that it has to be better than Pokerstars and UB.

well, even before the change, the best thing about the bodog bonus was that you could often withdraw it before fulfilling the WR completely.

the fact that the reloads are now 20% for all deposit methods (rather than 10% using only online checks) does make it more compelling, though so far this promo runs only until next week. At 3x WR, player points are "worth" 33 cents each, and figure you'll see the flop about 1/3 of the time in those soft games to earn those points. That makes it slightly better than UB and slightly worse than Stars if you play limits $2/4 and higher. If you find yourself in a loose shorthanded game then you will blaze this faster than just about any bonus out there.

also I noted that the tourney conversation rate remains 6 points per $1 fee, so the current bonus is worth a unprecedented 200% rebate towards SNG and MTT's.

good software and fishy players...now's the time to check it out if you haven't already.
