Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $4</font>, MP folds, Button folds, Hero calls $4.

Do you mean the flop to represent the flush draw?

Call or minraise the turn IMHO...I know some people dont like the minraise but here it could be interpreted as a pair seeing where he stands....if he has a 3 there is no way he can fold to the minraise.

I'd prefer to bet the flop. Once you check/call the flop, though, I would definitely lead the turn and hope to get raised. Check/raising is just way too scary. Betting looks more like you are making a play and if he has a hand he may raise you.
