before getting ITM, do you call w/ AJ or AQ not suited if someone pushes?
If pusher has been loose or if he's been tight we can assume I'm dominating his Ax KQ, KJ, but if he is holding a pair he's a slight favorite. I think the call/ push on these hands is costing me maybe 5-10% of placing ITM @ 11s & 22s.
