Late stages of NL multi on Stars, 31 players left. We're in the money, significant money comes at the final table.

UTG has been sitting patiently on his short stack, CO came to the table about 5 hands ago and hasn't played a hand yet.

2000/4000 Blinds + 200 ante

UTG (T20,212)
CO (T14,884)
HERO in BB (T18,123)
Tourney Avg apx. T40,000

UTG Raises to 20,012 all-in
CO calls 14,684 all-in

Pot is T36,007
Hero has T /images/graemlins/club.gif 8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

If I fold I'm in the SB with 3.5 BB's left. I'm getting better than 2.5 to 1 on the last of my chips. Is this a good spot to call and hope to get lucky?

I think I'd fold here. Although 3.5 BB isn't all that much, you still have some fold equity if you push on the button or in the CO to build your stack back up to 5BB.
