I can't find the HH for that tourny, so I'm going by memory.

No reads since I'm multitabling. 15/30 blinds.

Important stacks: Hero (975), button (975)

Folded to Hero in MP w/AKs. I raise to 100.

Folded to button who re-raises to 300. Blinds fold. Hero..?

I see 3 choices:
1) Re-raise all-in and risk coin flip vs pocket pair
2) Avoid coin flip and fold since it's early in the SnG and i still have 875 chips
3) Stop and Go (Villian probably won't fold preflop, but may if he misses the flop.)

(Sorry, couldn't fit all 3 choices in title.)

Which choice would you pick and why? If none, then what would you do?

You are assuming that if the villain has a pocket pair it's still a coinflip, which it might very well not be.

I'm about 50-50 stop-n-go or fold.

Stop-n-go.

In my experience if the guy had reraised all in then I'm calling but with this raise he wants action. I fold.
