He won a big 3 way pot earlier with trash he seems relatively aggressive and i made play cuz he seems liek he wouldnt have anything better then aq at the abosulte best

Call the raise and play post flop. If he has been that aggressive, it is less likely he will fold to your push. This way, if the flop comes AKX, you can fold and get away from the hand. If the flop comes 972, you can decide whether you want to invest your stack or not.

The thing is im thinking hell call with low pocket pairs at best aq so that includes at and down

Sounds like you've got a pretty good read on him. If he is the type of opponent who would re-reaise with lower pairs, high Aces and some Kings than maybe pushing is the right answer. I just prefer not to gamble this early.

I see plenty of raises with hands lesser than JJ but I don't see too many re-raises with lesser hands, especially this early.

But if you are sure you have a solid read on somebody, go with it.

I think i would probably call the raise, and then check raise any undercard, and possibly queen high flop all in.
