What is the bankroll requirement for 1-2 blind NL Holdem? And what is a realistic hourly earn?

It depends on a lot of factors. How much are you buying in for? How good are you? What sites are you playing at?
Short answer is, 30x buyins for whatever stake it is($200x30=6k) if you are 4-5 tabling.
And a good winrate is between 5bb/100 - 10bb/100. So for $2BB, $20-40 per 100 hands. 250 hands per hour depending. $50-100 an hour if you are very good.
Of course, this fluctuates depending on the site/opponents/you.

Is 30x buy in standard? For smaller limits, I've heard 8-12 is good.

I use this formula:
Bankroll needed = -(SD^2/2*hourly win rate)ln(risk of ruin)
SD=standard deviation
