I would fold preflop here. First off you have almost no fold equity. Secondly there is another short stack and you are not giving them the chance to do anything stupid by moving allin. Thirdly your hand isnt that strong, and is unlikely to be beating the UTG hand. It's true that there will likely be 300 in dead chips from the blinds, but I'd still fold this hand.

This is of course an automatic allin if folded to you, but once there's a giant stacked caller I'm not so excited anymore.

im always very cautious about limpers in ep, unless it is something that i notice a player do several times. add this to the curtains reccomendations and this is a pretty easy fold.

With two short stacks to act, I doubt UTG will just limp without a hand that performs well hot'n'cold. Therefore I doubt that you have any semblance of fold equity-- and UTG is priced in anyway. Fold.
