Crypto 1/2

Hero was playing 4.5/100BB at that table and playing real well.
UTG is loose
Villan is Middle Pos "good player" preflop raise folded to me.
Hero was BB holding K6 sooted

flop: 10-6-J rainbow (non of my soot)
chk, chk,Villan bets, i call, utg calls

turn: A
hero checks, utg chks, villan bets, I check raise, utg folds...villan (PFR)folds hand.

Asks if i have A, "sorry jon, i forgot"

Question 1:
Was the CR the correct move Heads Up or just a lucky moment at the table?
Question 2:
Villan being a tight good player, I put him on a painted pair or overcards, the CR was to see where i was at. If he called do i check/fold the river and hope he respects my CR to get a "free river card"? What range of cards do you put him on?

Questions 3:
The BB obviously is deceptive, most players ive encountered will take protect most bets with a paintedcard rag...in this case did he give my BB to much credit for the A?

Question 4:
what kind of cards do you usually put "Good players" according to PT? Is there a "set" that you can use as a legend and then deviate from it? I figured after his fold he was on KJ or QJ...
