he seems fairly aggressive so probably not. I probably throw in a river raise here, as you're unlikely to be 3bet because of the scarecard.

I'd raise on the turn. If you just raise the river, do you call the 3-bet?

Yes you should have called, and yes you should have raised the turn.

No. The spade flush got there and that has to be scary, I think a river 3 bet has hero buried almost all the time against sane opponents.
