I would bet the river and call if he's tricky. Against a typical player I would probably bet and fold.

Good raise on the turn.

On the river IŽd go for the value bet. You will be called if he holds an A and I think that you can safely fold to a raise. (Or is he tricky to the point that he would be able to bluff-raise?)

Bet-fold would suck too. I'd bet-call in this situation against a slightly tricky opponent.
