Don't put someone on a specific hand. Put them on a range of hands.

I certainly don't fold, but I think I just call down and hope he's bluffing. But I fully expect to see a 6 here, maybe 66.

And why not AA?

Seems like you lost to SBs 6 (or66). A raise on the river would be chip-spewing but of course you have to call this down. I´m fairly sure that UTG+2 has AA or KK. If SB shows you a 6 or 2 and takes down this pot just put him on your buddy list

No sense getting 3-bet.

UTG+2 shows.....

I'd say SB makes the buddy-list as well. He did, after all, call two-and-a-half bets cold OOP with T6sooooooooted.

EDIT: He also double-cold-called raise-reraise on the flop and turn with a double-gutshot-not-to-the-nuts...send him Christmas cards. Granted, he had odds for the call, at the time, in each case, but given the action this seems pretty loose to me.

I think he did, since UTG+2 was buddy list candidate #2 /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Reminds me of the time I was sitting with two maniacs in a full ring that would raise/cap with mid-pair. I took down a $33 pot with just pocket As. Later took down a $25 with AQo TPTK. They would just trade stacks back and forth, but I took a nice chunk out of both of them.

except, for the pf call, i think SB did ok during the rest of the hand.

point one.

point two: if I were him I would think all of my outs were almost guaranteed to pull down a monster pot. would a reasonable player go nuts preflop T9?

and. it's not like he checked the river....

with that board, river is an call to a bet. when fish wake up to a one card straight its time for me to call down.
