I like betting the turn. It's not concrete if CO will bet this one for you, as i'd hardly call the flop action sterling.

You have less than 5 outs since there are two clubs on board. You have something like 2.5 to 3.5 outs I would guess. But getting 1-9.5 I don't think this is such a bad call. I think just betting out would net you more bets.
