This is my JJ and TT flop strategy. I play 25c single blind NL HE with my friends, so I'm going to explain it in terms of that.

Early positon:
Preflop:
1-2 people in: 50c raise.
3-4 people in: $1.00 raise.
Everyone in: $1.5 raise.

Flop:
Undercards:
1-2 people in: Check-raise $1.
3-4 people in: Bet $1
Everyone in: Bet $1.5

1 Overcard:
1-2 people in: Check-raise $1
3-4 people in: Bet $1.5, call raise
Everyone in: Bet $1.5, fold to raise

2 Overcards:
1-2 people in: See explanation for 1 overcard
3-4 people in: 75c bet, fold to raise
Everyone in: Check, fold to bet/raise

3 Overcards:
1-2, 3-4, Everyone: Fold if someone bets.

Set:
1-2: Bet $1
3-4/Everyone: Check-raise double the bet

Middle position:
Preflop:
1-2 people in: 50c raise.
3-4 people in: $1.00 raise.
Everyone in: $1.75 raise.

Flop:
Undercards:
1-2 people in: Check-raise $1.
3-4 people in: Bet $1
Everyone in: Bet $1.5

1 Overcard:
1-2 people in: Check-raise $1
3-4 people in: Bet $1.5, call raise
Everyone in: Bet $1.5, fold to raise

2 Overcards:
1-2 people in: Bet $1
3-4 people in: 75c bet, fold to raise
Everyone in: Check, fold to bet/raise

3 Overcards:
1-2, 3-4, Everyone: Fold if someone bets.

Set:
1-2: Bet 75c
3-4/Everyone: Check-raise double the bet
Late position:
Preflop:
1-2 people in: 50c raise.
3-4 people in: $1.00 raise .
Everyone in: $1.5 raise.

Flop:
Undercards:
1-2 people in: Check-raise $1.
3-4 people in: Bet $1
Everyone in: Bet $1.5

1 Overcard:
1-2 people in: Check-raise $1, call bet
3-4 people in: Bet $1.5, call bet, call raise
Everyone in: Bet $2, call bet, fold to raise

2 Overcards:
1-2 people in: Fold to bet above $1
3-4 people in: 75c bet if checked, fold to raise
Everyone in: If checked, bet 75c

3 Overcards:
1-2, 3-4, Everyone: Fold if someone bets.

Set:
1-2: Bet 75c
3-4/Everyone: Check-raise double the bet
