KTs in MP Hand

Party 2/4. Pretty new to the table, no reads. Two limpers to me in MP, I limp (!?) with KTs. One more limpers, the SB folds, the BB checks.

FLop comes 44K with one of my suit. BB checks, first EP guy, checks, second EP guys bets, I raise, guy after me 3-bets, folded back to me and I call.

Turn is a 6, giving me a flush draw. Check, Bet, Call.

River is a 5 of non-frushy goodness. Check, Bet Call.

In looking back I feel like the river should be a fold, but then I have a hard time laying down top pair in a pot like this.

I don't fold there without a read. If you were able to drop it on the turn, I might've, but since you've gotten this far 1BB is worth looking him up, IMO.
