A frined fo mine was goofing around with Photoshop Filters and made this pic of one of our games. He ca not rem what filter he used.
Can anyone help me reproduce this? i.e. the steps to create a similar work off of a photo? I think done JUST RIGHT it couls be taken to Kinkos and blown up on poster board for some home made artwork for the very room it was taken in.
