PFR is TAG, probably a bit too tight postflop.
UTG is very very loose and sought of agr, like bet overcards on a co-ord board from MP when checked to in a mw turn.

No great reads on either player in this hand, they are loose though and not overly agr.

#1 I prefer raising preflop if you play, but I suppose limping is better thah folding, although folding could be considered if they aren't clowns, but you know that. WHY didn't you riase the turn? I ca see and argument for not raisign the flop, but if you go doen that path you have to raise the turn, especially given who bet the turn and the pfr's too tightness postflop.

#2 raise preflop, although if they are pretty tight and play decently, folding can't be horrible. fold on the flop

#3 unless he is special I play the same if it isn't an ace, cause way ahead/behind..i.e. no overcards and likely has a 5 out draw at best if behind, and maybe he bluffs river. just make sure a bet goes in there
