ok, well, i have decided to take a trip to reno. yea yea, im 18, well, i got a great ID that looks just like me, so that should get me in the door. yes, ive done this before, i went to tunica in january, so i wont be totally out of place. i plan on playing the smaller buy in events up to 1k. there are a bunch of 300-500s that should get around 150 people each that should be very beatable for me.
i will also probably be playing some 10-25 NL if the game is spread at the time i am there. i fully intend to dominate and take old peoples money. will likely play 50-100 limit as well, if that gets off the ground, otherwise ill hit up the 30-60.
if the satellites for the major events are a good structure, ie, i get a LITTLE bit of time to work and you dont start with 15x BB, then i will definitely be hitting those pretty hardcore as they could be quite profitable. im leaving.. tuesday morning and plan to be there by noon on wednesday for the 200 buyin tourney, then at 7 for the 300.
this will be my first chance to take a shot at some LIVE tournaments for a reasonable amount of money. hopefully, i can lay kinda low and take my winnings (if there are any) and get the hell outta there before they catch on that im not really a 22 year old.
bah, anyways, its late and im tired, and i was really just wondering if anyone else was going. i would love to meet up with someone and play a little bit or have dinner or something, chat about sngs, whatever. ill be taking my laptop, so might get in some 6 tabling or so, as 8 is too many on one screen. anyways, post away if u goin, or not, whateva. holla
